- SEETHARAMAIAH DEVINENI: Chairman - A Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1954 and a Senior Partner of Brahmayya& Co., he has been a Chartered Accountant for over four decades. He was earlier a Member of Central Council of ICAI (1976 to 1982), Member of Managing Committee of Federation of A.P Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FAPCCI) for six years, elected as the Vice President of FAPCCI in 1983 and President in 1984. Besides being on the Boards of several Companies, he was also a Member of A.P State Security Board from 1983 to 1989 and the Chairman of TTD Trust Board between 1986 to 1989. Presently, he is the Vice President of Andhra Chamber of Commerce and a Member of South Regional Board of Reserve Bank of India.
- KRISHNA KISHORE KUCHIPUDI: - Vice Chairman/Managing Director - A Postgraduate from Andhra University, he is the Chief architect of JeevanMitra Chit Fund Private Limited, Hyderabad. Under his aegis and stewardship as Chairman and Managing Director, the Company has grown impressively in size and stature to become a leading chit fund concern in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
- UDAYA KUMAR CHAPALAMADUGU: Director - An NRI having qualified in B.Tech in 1990 and studied MS in Computer Science from USA, he embarked on a professional career as System Analyst with Compuware Corporation, Detroit in 1993. Later promoted to the position of Technical Specialist in 1998, he has over 10 years of rich experience in the IT industry with acknowledged expertise in Manufacturing, Government, Communications and Computer segments.
- SRIDHAR NAMINENI: Executive Director - B.Tech with vast experience in Enterprise Application Development and worked for various MNC's including IBM. He has traversed from being a Programmer to Project manager and accumulated expertise in handling projects in varied sector including Manufacturing, E-Commerce, Collaboration/ Workflow automation and Embedded systems.
- DIVAKAR MANYAM: Director - An electronics engineer with MBA has more than 25yrs of industrial experience, has been associated with prestigious organizations like ECIL, ISRO, Wipro, OMC computers, Zenith computers before venturing on to start a business unit for development of software, software training centre at Bangalore. Divakar is associated with ERP domain for the last 12 yrs, with rich experience in implementing ERP Products like BaaN, Oracle Apps and Microsoft Dynamics in various domestic and overseas establishments. Divakar also has experience in developing custom ERP products. In his last two assignments, Divakar worked as V.P projects for Tectura Corporation, a US based Multinational incorporation's Indian office. His last assignment was V.P Microsoft applications with Nexgen, a subsidiary of Nexvisionix, USA.
- T. Kamala Kannan: Director - an MBA in International Business discipline having more than 20 years of experience in implementing and developing the IT Services segments in University Education Learning Models in association with several Universities and High end IT Training & Education Services.
- G. Bhanu Prakash: Sri G.Bhanu Prakash : Driector - an MBA and MS from University of Bridgeport, USA and the Managing Director of Bhanu Prakash Power Projects Pvt. Limited. He is also the founder and Managing Partner of Jai Ganesh Constructions, an infrastructure development company with projects under execution in Irrigation and Public Health sectors. Mr. Bhanu Prakash brings a wealth of experience in domestic and international strategic development, operations, marketing, sales, distribution and general management.
The management is supported by an efficient business delivery team comprising of Software Engineers, Project Managers, Faculty Members, Data Processing Officers and other administrative staff put together strong team of more than 100 people are working in our organization.
